Linda Brady is a member of the Health Care Strategy and Policy team at The Boeing Company, managing our provider network and health care analytics strategy. In her role, Linda manages the overall portfolio of Boeing’s Preferred Partnership (ACO) programs, from the initial contracting phase through implementation and sustainment. She has over 20 years of experience in the health care industry and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. Prior to Boeing, Linda was a consultant at two of the leading health benefits consulting firms where she advised large complex organizations on their health care benefits strategy, including direct contracting arrangements, TPA integration, ACO implementations and measurement.
Betsy Nota-Kirby is responsible for leading a team of health management consultants to design and execute a nationally integrated, comprehensive well-being strategy for middle market clients. She creates and evaluates well-being solutions as well as evaluation of worksite health clinics. Betsy manages MMA’s national Vendor Innovation Council team and co-leads development of population health program evaluations and designs cohort analysis. Betsy joined MMA in 2018 and is based in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Betsy has been in the medical management and insurance industry for over 30 years. She was previously the Director of Medical Management Operations for Centene Inc. She also previously ran her own health care consulting company and held advanced roles with Humana, Aetna, and the University of Michigan Health System. Betsy is an accomplished population health consultant leading strategy, product development, design, implementation and operations of health and wellness products including clinical vendor assessment and worksite clinic consulting. Betsy holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Eastern Michigan University as well as a master’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She is an ACSM® certified exercise specialist as well as a Wellcoaches® certified health and wellness coach. Betsy is a former member of the American Worksite Health Promotion (AWHP), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR).
Kelly is a Principal in Mercer’s Health business and a member of the Data, Technology, and Analytics (DTA) team. Kelly employs data to derive insights and surface stories, providing employers with actionable recommendations to accomplish specific strategies. In recent years, her focus has included persona development for use in program design, targeted communications, and measuring outcomes. Kelly has provided analytics to more than a dozen Fortune 100 employers and has consulted to countless other organizations across a variety of industries. While her responsibilities for Mercer are national, Kelly is based in Indianapolis and brings more than 20 years of consulting experience to her role.
Russell Millison joined Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2010 and quickly worked his way up in the firm to his current role as a Client Consultant. Russell serves as the service team lead for large group clients. He meets regularly with clients to ensure their service expectations are being met. Russell’s expertise in alternative funding and financial analysis better enables him to strategize closely with his clients to achieve their goals throughout the year.
Cheryl is a results oriented healthcare information professional with 20 plus years of proven experience in all phases of analysis, data warehousing, client management, and benefits administration. In her role as an Analytic Advisor, Cheryl works directly with Artemis Health customers to provide them with holistic analyses by using their medical, pharmacy, eligibility, utilization, health risk assessment, biometric, wellness, and other program data. Prior to joining Artemis, she was Client Analytics Manager at OptumHealth for 8 years.
In his role as Healthcare Analyst Team Lead, Ethan works closely with Artemis Health’s analytic teams and customers to identify opportunities within their data to manage costs, improve program value, and boost employee health and well-being. As an analytics expert, he see’s the need for proper data collection and interpretation to inform business decisions and to optimize patient outcomes. Ethan is passionate and committed to using industry best-practices and technologies to improve the healthcare system from both the patient, provider, and payer perspectives.
