Kerry is a strategic research leader with experience in the financial and professional services, healthcare, retail, travel and tourism, media, and non-profit industries. She has experience leading research initiatives to drive effective thought leadership, as well as designing research to guide strategic business decisions including concept testing, segmentation, and brand positioning. Kerry brings a collaborative spirit, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence to every engagement. Prior to joining Arizent, she ran her own consulting business focused on market research, statistical analyses, and data visualization. Kerry holds a MA from Indiana University and a BA from Bates College, and happily lives in Maine.
Leah Motl is a Clinical / Financial Consultant at Holmes Murphy. She brings a well-rounded approach to the population health and financial strategy aspects of employee benefits. In addition to her consulting work with employers, Leah manages Holmes Murphy’s employee benefits data warehouse. She is passionate about diving deep into the data in order to surface actionable insights that tell a story, support decision-making, and further strategic initiatives. Leah is based in Dallas, Texas. She joined Holmes Murphy in 2016 after a previous stint from 2013 to 2015. In between that time, she was at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. Leah received her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Pepperdine University and recently completed a Master of Public Health degree at Tulane University.
Matt Grapentine is part of Mercer’s Data, Technology, and Analytics practice leadership team and specializes in healthcare analytics, interpretation & reporting. Matt uses technology and data to research, identify and suggest avenues for cost reduction and health improvement. He has experience with most of the major data warehouses and works with clients across many industries and geographies, which gives him unique insight into the current issues affecting clients nationally. With over 25 years of experience in the health insurance & informatics industries and his background with national insurance carriers, Matt focuses on quality improvement initiatives, identification of potential fraud and abusive billing patterns, provider contract modeling, and an emphasis on complex hospital system contracts.
Sanjay Motwani leads the Artemis business, including strategy, sales, product, engineering, data operations, client services, people success and finance functions. Sanjay is motivated by the mission of the Healthcare Quadruple Aim and has made his own little contributions through stints at The Advisory Board, Anthem, and NRC Health in domains of healthcare data, analytics, care management, and patient/clinician engagement.
