Danielle is an Analytic Advisor Team Lead in Artemis Health’s Customer Success practice. In her role, Danielle works directly with employers and their advisors to develop, scope, and project manage their analytic reporting requirements. She is highly skilled at helping benefits teams dive into their data, understanding the factors that are driving their health plan participants' usage of care, and developing strategies to drive cost-effective utilization and mitigate risk. Before joining the Artemis team, Danielle spent over 19 years in the healthcare industry; assisting employers, brokers, and consultants to leverage disparate data to drive actionable decisions. Working across all industries she has partnered with client teams and carriers to understand organizational complexities and build information-based strategies through analytic interpretation of health, wellness, and disability data.
Neal Peterson has well-rounded experience in the employee benefits space: carrier, consultant, and organizational benefits leadership. Currently leading the Health, Well-being, and Financial Security pillars of Constellation Brands’ Total Rewards framework. Focus areas include design, compliance, vendor-partner management, results-driven engagement, population health, benefits analytics, and governance/fiduciary committee management.
